What differentiates us from other syndicators is our experience providing Owner's Representation for hotel development investments and 15+ years of experience owning and managing income properties locally and out of state. Our mission is to collaborate with others to syndicate deals that provide cash flow and appreciation over three years.

Our Strategic Approach
Each deal that crosses our desk is evaluated using a model that scores variables such as location, employment health, population growth, NOI, project type, and profitability. This objective data is paired with subjective market comps and intelligence whereby only the highest scoring opportunities make it to our Deal Room for presentation to Investors.
Land Development Experience
North Star Development is a sister company to North Star Hotel Development that was established to move forward projects that require a full service team.
Before expanding our scope in late 2020 to syndicating deals, we operated exclusively as a pre-construction real estate development firm offering professional services to support the capital raise, acquisition and entitlement of hotel and multi-family development sites.
The primary focus is hotel projects however with a larger team this group of proven, experienced professionals is well prepared to also complete multi-family, mixed use, and urban village initiatives.
What differentiates us from other developers is that our interest extends beyond a potential hotel site into the hospitality industry which spills over to economic development for the surrounding areas. Our mission is to collaborate with others to develop projects that activate and are welcomed by communities.
